Perfect Setting for a Micro-Wedding or Cocktail Hour

One of our most asked questions is “Is that a REAL Saloon?”.

We know there are a lot of facade type buildings out there, so we totally understand the question, but YES it is a real, usable Saloon.

The Saloon has multiple uses.

First, there are 3 Bed & Breakfast rooms above it that you can stay in anytime, but you won’t really have access to the Saloon during the stay, except on some occasions. It makes it easier when you are staying for an event and can just go right up to your room, though.

When you host your wedding in the Street of the SycamoreVille Town, you automatically get use of the Saloon during the wedding. It will be where the bar is located and allows people to sit inside and hang out, if desired.

It can be used for your Cocktail Hour space in between your ceremony & reception.

It’s the perfect space for your Micro Wedding for when your wedding is under 50 guests and you’d like a little more intimate space.

And we have hosted many of the following fun parties in the Saloon:

– Baby showers

– Bridal showers

– Birthday parties

– Graduation parties

– Business meetings

– Networking events

and so much more!

The Saloon is ideal for under 50 guests if you would like everyone seated. If it’s a come & go or even a standing-heavy party, we can get up to about 70 to keep everyone comfortable and enough space.
