Silver Sycamore is one of the top Houston rustic wedding venues and event venues, but more than that, we are family. For 15+ years we have been a family owned and operated venue, and we welcome our couples, clients and guests as a part of our family. Part 1 of the imaginative duo who created this whole place. Jackie is not only the owner, but a true leader in the company. She jumps in when help is needed, whether it be the kitchen or an event. She is supportive and compassionate and pushes us all to set goals, dream big and do better, not just for the company, but for ourselves.
Part 2 of the previously mentioned duo. Gary is your jack of all trades. On a daily basis, you can find him patrolling the grounds, fixing this or that, or mowing the lawn. You can also, often, find him in the kitchen hoping to “taste-test” basically anything he can.

By now, you have probably seen Aubrey all over social media and around town. (pun intended) She keeps the community up to date on all events, runs the ever-so-popular holiday market and works hard to get the word out about our wonderful wedding and event venue. Also, quite a jokester around here.

Poor guy has to deal with all of us women in the office, but he handles it like a champ. Mostly, by turning his music on. Michael is your guy for all of the public events we put on here. He coordinates festivals, concerts and anything else we can come up with.

Chealse is your go-to girl for events. Throughout the planning of your event, she helps you stay on track, gives suggestions for vendors or ideas and is there to help you stay calm to the end. The day of the event, she is right by your side for whatever you may need!
“I wanted to be a trapeze artist in the circus for the longest time.”
Those burgers everyone loves so much and the catering all the guests rave about, yea, that’s thanks to Darlene. She can whip up just about anything you ask her to and it will be delicious, every single time.

When my wife’s mother passed a month before our wedding, they were very understand of any delays we had in planning, payment, etc, even going as far as sending flowers to her house.”
“This is a great staycation. It’s cute and cozy. We stayed in the Victorian tulip which is a great tiny home. The cafe is just steps away from your room with a very pleasant breakfast. Highly recommend. We went during the week when it is quite if you go for the weekend they may have weddings being performed and it is probably not as quite.”
