8 – Monthly 3 Hour Cocktail meetings for Customer Appreciation, Team Building, Networking or Education 

For the 4 Quarterly Meetings:

Spend a day (8am-4pm) each quarter for planning, budget meetings or education seminar Includes Continental Breakfast

Assorted Muffins, Pastries, Seasonal Fruit,Assorted Chilled Juices, Freshly Brewed Coffee (can have hot entrees for additional cost)



Hot Entrée, 2 Sides and Roll,Cookies, Beverages

$56.00 per person for over 25 guests

Meeting Day Package includes Continuous All Day Beverage Service-

Coffee, Tea and Bottled Water

72” Television with HDMI included for presentations

Banquet tables (classroom or u-shape set up) or round tables set up

Food set up and served as a Buffet in or out of Meeting Space


For the 8 Monthly Meetings (3 hours in day or evening)

Use monthly meeting for Customer Appreciation Cocktail event, team building, education, or even a Networking Event

Includes appetizers, tea and water 

($25.00 per person for over 25 guests)

8.25% sales tax and 20% gratuity will be added to final invoice

SycamoreVille Saloon

The SycamoreVille Saloon is a great space for Presentations, Meetings, Holiday Parties & a part of your company picnic. The Saloon can accommodate up to 50 people seated and 100 standing, cocktail style at any given time. It is also fully decked out with a surround sound, Wi-Fi, and a TV! There are also 3 Bed & Breakfast rooms above the Saloon, so you can enjoy your event and then head right on upstairs for a relaxing night’s sleep!

Reception Hall

The Reception Hall is a more formal setting, perfect for awards banquets, larger holiday parties, but also great for classroom style presentations for larger groups. It can accommodate up to 230 guests seated; 200 if including a dance floor! We also have a bar set up in the hall, and a large area for food service, buffet style. However, if you would prefer the meal plated to the table, it’s easy to accommodate. 

Town & Grounds

Sycamoreville & the grounds rental provides a unique space for a company to host a picnic for 500 guests and sometimes even more! You get the entire SycamoreVille town and the entire grassy areas for games, tents if needed, food and more! It will definitely be an event like no other!
