Here at Silver Sycamore, we believe that two heads are better than one when it comes to planning the event of your dreams. We understand how impossible it is to put together an event on your own. So why not collaborate with our team members to reduce the stress that naturally comes with planning an event? Our team’s goal is to help turn the vision of your special event into a reality one step at a time. Each of our team members brings a unique perspective to the event that can appeal to more guests or help find creative solutions.
Part 1 of the imaginative duo who created this whole place. Jackie is not only the owner, but a true leader in the company. She jumps in when help is needed, whether it be the kitchen or an event. She is supportive and compassionate and pushes us all to set goals, dream big and do better, not just for the company, but for ourselves.
Part 2 of the previously mentioned duo. Gary is your jack of all trades. On a daily basis, you can find him patrolling the grounds, fixing this or that, or mowing the lawn. You can also, often, find him in the kitchen hoping to “taste-test” basically anything he can.

Often referred to as “momma Kim” by the baristas at Sycamore Grounds, Kim is the one who keeps everyone in line. She is in charge of the café and both coffee shops and she keeps it all running smoothly.
“No matter how many times I go to the beach, you can bet I will go on a dolphin cruise.”
By now, you have probably seen Aubrey all over social media and around town. (pun intended) She keeps the community up to date on all events, runs the ever-so-popular holiday market and works hard to get the word out about our wonderful venue. Also, quite a jokester around here.
Community Events Director
Poor guy has to deal with all of us women in the office, but he handles it like a champ. Mostly, by turning his music on. Michael is your guy for all of the public events we put on here. He coordinates festivals, concerts and anything else we can come up with.

Chealse is your go-to girl for events. Throughout the planning of your event, she helps you stay on track, gives suggestions for vendors or ideas and is there to help you stay calm to the end. The day of the event, she is right by your side for whatever you may need!

Those burgers everyone loves so much and the catering all the guests rave about, yea, that’s thanks to Darlene. She can whip up just about anything you ask her to and it will be delicious, every single time.
Pies, cookies, cakes, scones. There’s nothing MaryAnn can’t make and she does it all with such ease, or at least makes it look that way. We like to pretend like we need to taste-test things to make sure they are good, but we already know they will be.

Highly recommend. We went during the week when it is quite if you go for the weekend they may have weddings being performed and it is probably not as quite.”
